Applicant Eligibility

Citizen’s of the United States, a corporation, partnership, or other association create under the laws of the United States or any State or territory, of which more than 50% is beneficially owned by the US Citizens; a foreign corporation at least 95% owned by such entities; or any other 100% US-owned foreign entity.

Non US citizens who have made investments in the US markets can likewise make claims and share the same privileges as those of US Citizens as long as the other party involved, either as plaintiff or respondent is a US Citizen or an entity created under laws of the United States.

Beneficiary Eligibility

Division of Securities does not support any actions, programs or legislation that will result in the loss of US jobs and the loss of investor confidence in the US stock market. Division of Securities only supports projects or actions that contribute to the economic and social development of the US securities and investment market.

Credentials / Documentation

A non US citizen investing in the US Market can declare claims against bankruptcy or securities fraud provided that the investment was made through a US based third party financial fiduciary or any of its agents.
